For concrete, hardscape & landscape crews

Show up with a tape.
Leave with a deposit.

Price the job standing in the driveway. Hand them your phone. Get it signed and collect the deposit before you pull out.

No card to try it. Works on the phone in your pocket.

The job you lose is the one you quoted Thursday

You measured it Monday. You worked the numbers at the kitchen table Wednesday night. You emailed it Thursday. By then they had two other bids and went with whoever answered first.

Three taps and a signature

STEP 01

Measure

Length and width. Depth if it matters. The yards, the base rock, the rebar and the man-hours price themselves off your own numbers.

STEP 02

Show them

One screen. The price, big. What it covers. No cost breakdown, nothing that starts an argument about your markup.

STEP 03

Close it

They sign with a finger. It tells you the exact deposit to collect, and the job is on your board before you're back in the truck.

03

One job. Three copies. Nobody sees what they shouldn't.

Every job produces three documents, and they are deliberately not the same document. The customer never sees your cost. The crew never sees the price.

White — Customer

The quote

What they're buying and what it costs them. Signed on your phone, or from their own couch.

  • Price and deposit
  • Scope of work
  • Job photos
  • Your logo and licence
Canary — Office

The invoice

The same job with the money on it. Deposit in, balance owing, and who still hasn't paid.

  • Cost and margin
  • Deposit received
  • Balance due
  • Close rate and pipeline
Pink — Crew

The materials sheet

What to order and what the crew has to hit. Not a single dollar figure anywhere on it.

  • Yards, tons, bars
  • Man-hours budgeted
  • Crew size and days
  • Order list for the yard

Built for the site visit, not the office

Your prices, not ours

Type what you actually pay for concrete, rock, rebar, labour and overhead. Five minutes, one screen, and it's your calculator.

Deposit math, done

The second they say yes it tells you the exact figure to collect and what's left on completion. No mental math in a driveway.

Signed on the spot

They sign on your phone with a finger. The signature lands on the quote and the invoice, so there's no argument later.

Or signed from their couch

Not ready to commit? Send a link. They open it on their own phone and approve it. Nothing to download.

You decide what shows

Switch labour lines, quantities, licence number and photos on or off. Your cost and your margin are never on it either way.

Know your close rate

Quotes sent, quotes approved, dollars won, dollars still owed. The five numbers that say whether the business works.

Not just concrete

Pick your trade and the line items are already there. Rename them, delete them, add your own, then type your prices once.

Straight answers

Do my customers need an app?

No. They either sign on your phone while you're standing there, or you send a link that opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. Nothing to download, no account to make.

Can my customer see what the job costs me?

No, and that's enforced rather than remembered. The customer's copy is built by a database function that never returns your cost, your rates or your margin. It isn't hidden with styling — it is never sent.

Does the crew see the price?

Only if you want them to. The pink copy is quantities and man-hours: yards, tons, bars, hours. No dollar figure appears on it.

Is this replacing Jobber or Housecall Pro?

No, and it isn't trying to. Those run your whole office. This does one thing: gets a job priced and signed while you're standing in the driveway. Plenty of crews will run both.

What if I don't do concrete?

Pick your trade at setup and the line items change. Pavers, landscaping, turf and fencing are built in, and you can build your own in a few minutes. The engine prices by area, lineal foot, volume, tons or man-hours — it doesn't care what you install.

What if there's no signal at the job?

It keeps working. The quote saves to your phone and syncs when the bars come back. Half the jobs worth quoting are out where the signal isn't.
